To discover and nurture the talents of Zanzibari youth in sports, arts, and culture through structured training, mentorship, and national/international exposure.
Core Objectives
- DISCOVER – Identify 300+ talented youth through grassroots talent scouting in schools and local communities.
- TRAIN – Provide access to high-quality coaching, mentorship, and personal development workshops in sports (football, athletics), performing arts (dance, music, acting), and creative arts (painting, storytelling).
- SHINE – Host community showcases, tournaments, and exhibitions to give young stars public exposure and pathways to scholarships, academies, and national competitions.
Program Structure & Phases
Phase 1: Outreach & Scouting (Months 1–2)
- Partner with 50 schools and local councils
- Deploy talent scouts and conduct open audition events
Phase 2: Training & Mentorship (Months 3–8)
