Sustainability Plan
EcoDigital Zanzibar is designed to be community-owned and data-driven. After initial setup, local youth and women leaders will be supported to run the innovation hub and maintain the tech systems. The project will also explore carbon credit opportunities, climate finance, and public-private partnerships to ensure long-term viability.
